As part of our goal to promote a love of reading, we will be participating in World Book Day on Thursday 6th March. To celebrate this day, we are encouraging children to attend school dressed as their favourite character from any of their favourite books.

Reading different books every evening would be a great way to get some inspiration. On World Book Day, the children will be participating in lots of exciting activities linked to the reading of some of their favourite texts and even some new stories. There will be quizzes and challenges, designing of book covers, lots of storytelling and everyone in school will have the opportunity to be an author too!
