Dear Parent/carers,
As our Summer trip, we are excited to inform you that we will be taking Year 1 and Year 2 to visit the beach at Weston-Super-Mare, which will take place on Thursday 3rd July.
Trip details:
We will depart from school at 8am so children will need to arrive at school at 7.45am.
We will return to school for approximately 5pm (traffic depending) however we will keep you updated if we are running late.
The cost for this trip is £25 and this will cover the transport, a donkey ride and an ice lolly.
For the children's lunch, please ensure they either bring plenty of snacks and drinks and a packed lunch or pre-order a grab bag by Friday 13th June (a separate form has been sent sent for this).
Your child can also bring a bucket and spade (labelled) if they wish to.
Children will need to come to school dressed in their school PE kits, comfortable shoes and will need to bring a coat, hat and suncream.
If your child requires any medication, please make sure this is handed to the class teacher and a medication form is completed.
Payment method: Please give consent and make your payment via the Arbor app by Friday 27th June. Without parental consent, children will not be able to attend the trip.
