Dear parents and carers,

We have arranged swimming lessons for year 4 at Summerhill School each Wednesday, starting 20th September - 25 October.

Children will need to come to school dressed with their swim trunks/costume under their clothes as we will be leaving school at 9am. They will need to bring a towel and their underwear to get changed afterwards. A swim cap is not required, however long hair must be tied back. 

We will be travelling to and from Summerhill on a coach and are therefore asking for a voluntary payment of £12.00. The coach is costing £110.00 for each day, therefore we really appreciate your contribution towards it. 

Please complete the form to give permisson for your child to attend the swimming lessons and also if you would like them to wear goggles.
